 One to One Consultations                            

One to one consultations are used to evaluate your diet and identify your potential nutritional imbalances and how these and other dietary and lifestyle factors may be contributing to your particular symptoms of ill-health or health concerns. Personal consultations can also be used to support your fitness or weight loss goals or to simply improve your diet and optimise your health. You will be asked to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire and food diary before your consultation and a detailed case history will be taken on your first visit.

A personalised, and practical, nutrition programme will then be prescribed to meet your individual needs. This will include diet and lifestyle recommendations, suggested foods to include/increase in your diet, foods to reduce, menu plans and may include dietary supplements, where appropriate.  In some cases laboratory tests may be recommended.
